Ok so I know very littlr about supplements out there I usually just stick to whey protein and thats it I'm just wondering what NO(Nitros Oxide) and Prohormones are? I checked out other forums and have heard some people call ph designer steroids I personally have nothing against those who use them but I do value my long term health any comments are welcome, Thank you.
